It doesnt matter whether a girl or boy has a stress. There are different stress signals which a person experiences at the time of stress. These stress signals may vary in two person either of same or opposite sex. These stress signals fall into four categories: thoughts, feeling, behaviour and physical. Thoughts for eg: difficulty in concentration or making decision, forgetfulness, repetitive thoughts. Feelings for eg: anxiety, fear, irritability, moodiness. Behaviour for eg: crying, nervous laughter, snapping at friend, use of alcohol or smoking, increased or decreased appetite. Physical for eg: loss of sleep, fatigue, headache, excessive sleepiness, stomach distress, rapid breathing, palpitations, trembling, dry mouth.
