To remain fit, fine and look beautiful take care of following things: Eat healthy food like whole grains, green leafy vegetables, pulses, cereals, eggs, fish. Take atleast 2 servings of fruits daily. Fruits are rich in anti oxidants especially citrus fruits. Antioxidants reduces the damage done by sun to your skin, makes skin firm, reduces wrinkles and thereby make you look beautiful and young. Avoid high calorie food and junk food as as they are packed with unwanted fats. Avoid excessive use of carbonated drinks and high caffeine containing drinks. Never do smoking or consume alcohol. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. This will keep you well hydrated and will prevent your skin from looking dull and thereby add glow to your skin. Do regular exercise like running, swimming, skipping and weight training to remain in good shape. In order to remain healthy it is necessary that you take regular 7-8 hours sleep.
