Adding probiotic rich food in your diet will a good option to keep intestinal bacterial flora intact, and hence to ensure good digestion. Probiotic rich food include yogurt, coconut water, fermented food, etc. 5. You can have small, frequent meals in a day, as you are suffering from acidity. Try to have meals at regular intervals, and make it a habit. Do not overflow your stomach. 7. Keep your stress lowered. As stress affect your digestive system and make you prone to have indigestion, constipation, heartburns, peptic ulcers. Try different relaxation techniques if you are facing stress in daily life. These things will make your stomach and digestive tract happier and healthier.
