Q I am 35 years, unmarried, i have problem scanty menses only 2 days and irregular menses sometimes it 7 days earlier or 10 days late, is there is any serious problem?

Follow these general guideline - 1.Unhealthy and irregular eating habits play irregularities in the bodily functions. Take a balanced diet. Diet must include Fresh fruits and vegetables along with nuts, lean meats and dairy products help in keeping the body in shape. 2. Seafood, rich in omega-3 fatty acids help in regulating the menstrual cycle 3.Snake gourd, white pumpkin, bitter gourd and drumsticks are recommended for easing the pain and discomfort that accompany delayed menses. 4. Stop smoking & taking alcohol. 5. Relaxation and sleep play an important role in regulating bodily functions. Regular exercise is essential for maintaining a healthy body but overexertion and stress should be avoided as they may delay the bleeding. Consult a gynecologist to rule out the complications.
