Q How do i lower my cholesterol?
High cholesterol generally found in men~s & women~s after 40 near to menopause. Cholesterol is an insoluble fat utilized by animal cells which directly connected to lipid level in cells. Increase in lipid level results in to excess collection of cholesterol in blood which may leads to harmful diseases like high blood pressure, heart attack, blood clots in blood, calf muscle pain. Generally it cause due to mental stress, alcohol, obesity, diabetes, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalance, menopause, long standing kidney disease, wrong medication..etc general guideline to maintain normal cholesterol level: 1.take low fat and potassium rich diet. Potassium control the high blood pressure; fresh fruits & vegetables contain natural potassium. 2. avoid Beef, Processed meats ,Egg yolks, Butter, Whole-milk dairy products (such as cheese, milk, cream, and ice cream),Baked goods Fried foods (such as French fries or doughnuts).3. Add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of lime juice in one cup of hot water. Take it daily in morning for natural lowering cholesterol 4. rich diet like egg yolk, vegetable oils, whole grain cereals, soybeans, and unpasteurized milk. 5 Take onion juice to reduce cholesterol, clean the blood, and regulate the heart. Add a teaspoon of methi powder in a glass of water. Take it empty stomach for one month. 6. Mainly avoid stress. 7.moderate activity for 10 minutes at a time, such as walking and light strength training. 8.reduce the salt intake in your diet; Help to reduce blood pressure.
