Q I have a complain of acidity and indigestion. Also i have difficulty in toilet. Please give me solution. Thanks.
As very commonly known, main causes for hyper acidity are diet errors, sedentary lifestyle, indigestion, constipation and great initiator stress. Find your appropriate one firstly and try to eliminate it to get rid of hyper acidity. Have them as a dessert instead of cake and ice cream, and stay away from pastries and coffee, or at least reduce your portion of them to minimal. 7. Some people prefer to take pills but I would recommend you to stay with natural, least processed foods as long as you can. 8. Avoid long sitting, night watching, lazy lying in bed. With all these dietary measures, start regular exercise to boost your digestive system. Sit in VAJRASAN after taking meal for at least 20 minutes. Add half an hour morning walk in daily routine. These things collectively will boost your digestion and will help to reduce hyper acidity.
