Q Hello, I am Pranab, 23 male from Bangalore and my height is 165 cm and weight is 68. I am unable to sleep as I am facing breathing problems. This is the first time I am facing this problem. I am having a tickling sensation inside my neck and unable to breathe properly. Drinking water is also not helping so much.
Based upon your description it seems you have an inflammation of the respiratory tract, thus the tickling sensation in neck. This can be caused by common cold, throat infection, sore throat, etc. Try this following changes: Sleep with your head slightly elevated. Do warm salt water gargle, this will relieve the soreness in throat. Drink warm fluid to reduce the tickling sensation in throat. Take steam inhalation, this will help to clear the nasal passage and make breathing easier. If all these measures do not help than you will have to consult an ENT specialist to find the underlying cause.rnrn
