According the symptoms, it is suggestive of herpes infection. Herpes can be spread by kissing, touching the person~s skin, such as pinching a child~s cheek; sharing objects such as silverware, lip balm, or a razor. And one can get the herpes infection from the barbers place. Once a person becomes infected with a herpes virus, the virus never leaves the body. The symptoms like pimples are seen due to outbreak of the virus by some stimulus like stress, fever, some other infections, sun exposure etc. The oral or genital lesions usually heal on their own in 7 to 10 days. The infection may be more severe and last longer in people with weakened immune system. You must consult the physician if the symptoms recur frequently.
