As your case history you may suffering from nutritional deficiency or any metabolic disorder like diabetes, thyroid disorder, HIV, TB, anemia etc. Brittle nails and teeth, lethargy, cramps in legs may the signs of calcium deficiency, please evaluate how much calcium you are consuming each day. You may need to add more calcium enriched foods into your diet like milk and dairy products, and consider the possibility of adding a calcium supplement, as well. If your symptoms are severe, you may also want to discuss the matter with your physician, who might do some blood work or other tests.
