Q I want to gain fat and healthy body. But when I use protein and supplements it only affects my face not the whole body... What I have to do??? Plz help me doctor
Just like losing weight is difficult, similarly gaining weight is also tough. In order to gain weight make sure your daily calorie intake is more than the calorie spent. Your aim should be to become healthy and fit and not just gain fat. Include protein rich foods such as egg, fish, chicken, nuts, milk and milk products regularly in your meals. Consume plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid processed food, deep fried and junk foods. You can continue taking protein supplements. But time it either before or after the workout. Follow an exercise routine that includes both weight training and cardio exercises. With all these changes you should see some difference after 6 weeks.
