What precaution should I take to decrease sugar level and triglycerides. Please advice
Your sugar levels and lipid profile are on the higher side. First and foremost you need to consult a physician to start you with appropriate medications. Next important thing that you need to do is quit smoking and alcohol consumption. Reduced your intake of junk foods and processed foods. Include more whole grain, fresh fruits, green veggies and protein rich food in your diet. You should consult a registered dietitian who can help you customized a diet chart for you. Along with good eating habits it is also necessary that you include some of physical activity in your routine. Exercises like cycling, swimming, jogging and brisk walking for 30 mins are all good options.
