I want to know, Im I having a heart attack? Please prescribe some medicines for fever and cough. Regards, Persis
Based upon your description you do not have a heart attack. The pains that you have are related to your cough. Chronic coughing can cause strain over your chest muscles leading to pain. All your symptoms are suggestive of respiratory tract infection. It is necessary that you consult a chest specialist and get yourself evaluated. Preliminary investigations like blood test and chest x-ray will be helpful to find out the exact cause.
