Q Hi Im a 33 year old woman suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for the past 4 years. I need help. This has aggravated to extreme levels since past 3 months. My symptoms include excessive hand washing with multiple soaps, dry contamination, feeling that my hands are always dirty during my periods. I feel very gross and dirty using washroom and keep cleaning after every use. This tires my physically as well. Also, if I see the dirtiness spreading around, I feel stressed, my chest pains and I feel very anxious, tensed and even cry if Im not able to control it. I need serious help as soon as possible. Please help!
