Q How to get rid of constipation? So a couple of weeks ago i got really self conscious and stopping eating and only eating the tinest bit then i got real bad tummy aches and couldnt ever go for a poo except only when i was at school and even though i felt like i needed a poo like all the time and only gas would come out so i felt like i needed to fart all the time and if i didnt let it out then my tummy would make horrible and embrassing noises! So i had a enough and starting eating properly again and i thought it would make it better but its so much worse and im taking it as constipation but for like a week and a half i havent been able to properly go for a poo just like the tinest ones ever that take so much work to get out and damages the muscles in my tummy when i try so i just leave it except then when i go to school i need to poo and need to fart constently! And i dont know what to do and this id really embarrassing but i dont know where else to turn so how can i make my body better and for it to shut up and stop making all these horrible embarrassing noises!? :(

Eat leafy vegetables, fruits and fruites juices, which are rich source of the fibres. 2. Drink a glass of buttermilk daily which helps in the proper digestion of the food and to pass stool with ease. 3. To prevent gas from forming, always chew a fresh piece of ginger after meals, regularly. Try some garlic soup which can reduce gas and help in proper digestion. 4. For instant relief from stomach gas you can add a small amount of baking soda in one glass of water and drink it on empty stomach. 5.
