Weight gain depends upon your diet and exercise pattern. Basic concept is consume more calories than you utilize. A few tips for weight gain: Include high starch and protein rich food in your diet like eggs, non-vegetarian food, milk and milk products, nuts, ghee, pulses, potatoes, banana, rice etc. Avoid junk food and fast food, instead choose healthy options like milk shakes, cheese sticks, yogurt, dried food etc. Concentrating on only diet may not solve the purpose.
