Q I am 17 yers, male. I want to increase my height to 6 feet. Give me some tips ?
The height of the person depends on genetic factor, hormonal changes, any other illness,nutrition, some environmental factor etc. In males, height increases upto the age of 18-20 yr. So you have good chance to improve your height. Here are some of the tips- 1. Do stretching exercises like skipping,cycling. 2. You can do yoga like Tadassan. 3. Swimming is the best exercise to increase height. 4. Diet- Take protein rich diet like milk, ragi, sprouts, eggs,fish,oyster. Take fruits like banana, aaple which contains calcium. Avoid junk food. 5.Take complete sleep of about 7-8 hrs.
