Q If i ejaculated on her buttockss or probably a little over her vulva but did not penetrate her vagina.. No genital contact...and she had her period going in nov we had this on the 26th of nov evening...now its 2 jan and she still hasnt got her period she got a urine pregnancy test done on 31st dec at the docs office and it came out negative ...she has no pregnancy symptoms ..can she still be pregnant..we did not have any contact or sexual activity after or before that she has regular 30 day cycle starting from 21st and last cycle was a little late and irregular .......can she still be pregnant? Also we did not have any genital contact nowhere near it..the doctor said it can be a thyroid problem as she also has a thyroid problem....
As the urine pregnancy test was negative and since she does not have signs of pregnancy which she would have developed by now if pregnant then you can relax that she is not pregnant. Your doctor is right, thyroid problem especially hypothyroidism can cause irregular periods. However there are other causes too such as : if your partner had irregular periods in past than this might just be the normal pattern for her. Side effects of any on going medications, any acute illness, stress, excessive weight loss. Medical conditions like anaemia, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine fibroid etc. Hence a detailed evaluation by a gynaecologist is required to know the exact cause.
