It is difficult to make an exact diagnosis without examination however; you are most probably suffering from Milia. Milia are basically tiny white protein cysts that are trapped under the skin. Primary milia have no preceding cause. Secondary milia are caused after chronic sun damage, other skin diseases, laser procedures, burns, skin injury, long term use of steroid creams etc. If you are suffering from primary milia, it should clear on its own without treatment in a few weeks. The treatment options are topical creams, microdermabrasion or your dermatologist can puncture each cyst and extract the material. Our advice for you will be to wait and watch for a few weeks. Use a mild exfoliating scrub daily to make the extraction of milia easier. Stop/restrict using foundation and makeup for a few weeks. If there is no change, you can consult your dermatologist for further treatment options.
