Q I am 29, male, i work in office, but i fee weakness all time, i cant seat for long time, please suggest
There can be several causes to have weakness. They may include lack of sleep, lack of physical avctivities, some dietary defficiencies, medical conditions like diabetes, anemia, chronic fatigue syndrome etc. According to your age, most probable cause behind your weakness seems like wrongly adapted lifestyle and diet. However, even if it is not a cause, you can improve your energy levels by correct lifestyle and food habits.
