Q Does anyone know what a heart attack feels like, i mean describe the pain and where it is located on the body?
The classical symptoms of heart attack- Pressure, tightness, pain, or a squeezing or aching sensation in your chest or arms that may spread to your neck, jaw or back), A feeling of fullness, nausea, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain, Shortness of breath, Sweating or a cold sweat, Feelings of anxiety or an impending sense of doom, Fatigue, Trouble sleeping, Lightheadedness or dizziness. These symptoms many times mistaken with anxiety disorder, indigestion. As your physician assuring you, don~t have any heart trouble must believe him; unless he is qualified physician. If you still in worry go for clinical investigation, monitor regular blood pressure and go ECG test . Consult cardiologist~ do healthy discussion and get assured. Avoid excessive stress, anxiety and oily food and regular exercise is the key to make your heart strong.nThank you.
