Q My hair is becoming curly. Actually my hair was soft. I have dandruff from 10th class. Hairfall is gradually increasing. I am thin. My weight is 45. Height is 5.2. Is there any relation between the hair fall and weight. What i have to do to put on the we ?????
The hair fall and curliness could be due to any nutritional deficiency or stress, it is not related to weight. You should take more proteins in your diet. Foods that are good for hair nutrition are dark green leafy vegetables, dried fruits (dates and raisins), eggs, wheat germ, tofu and soy milk, fish, beans, yogurt. Beans and other sprouted vegetables, Vitamin C rich foods (Amla/green chilies), sea weed, avocados, nuts and seeds, brown rice and root vegetables. A low fat diet and high iron diet can help slow down the hair loss. Manage your stress by yoga or meditation. For the curliness or frizz you can apply egg white or henna to your hair one hour before you wash your hair. Use herbal shampoos.
