Q Is repeated pinching feeling in my chest, followed by erratic heartbeat but no other symptoms related to heart? (no other symptoms like pain in jaw or left side or arm) .
To evaluate chest discomfort or pain, it is very essential to asses complete history/details regarding these symptoms, your age, gender etc, which are not provided by you. However, we would have said nothing to worry about, if you only have had pinching feeling. But your erratic heart beat is making us to say that you need proper physical examination and few investigations to evaluate your heart condition more accurately. So, our advise will be to visit a physician as early as possible to get examined properly. He may advise you to do ECG, which is a preliminary examination to know about ones heart condition. As your pain is localised and not radiating to other parts, it may not be related to heart, and you erratic heart beats may be just in response to pinching pain, it is always better to get examined when it come to chest pain and discomfort of unknown origin.
